Yes, Lulu & Co. is now specializing in cat care and not accepting other clients at this time.
Yes. Although there is no professional license for providing pet sitting services in Florida, Lulu & Co. Pet Sitting Services, LLC (DBA Lulu & Co. Cat Sitting) is registered to do business in Collier County. We are fully insured through Pet Sitters Associates.
A professional pet sitter has a registered business, liability insurance, training, and experience with pets. He/she provides a written service contract and has policies in place to ensure reliable services. A professional can provide pet owners with peace of mind and relieve them of the burden of asking neighbors and family to help out.
We do not have employees or use independent contractors. Lulu & Co. is owned and operated by Katherine Sullivan with occasional help from husband and co-owner, John. John will often accompany Katherine for Meet & Greets so that he can become familiar with your pets and their routines as well.
Some pets are fine with boarding. Others may not do well in an unfamiliar environment with other animals. Cats in particular are more comfortable in their own home with minimal disruptions to their daily routines. They would benefit from the care and one-on-one attention of a pet sitter. Pet owners can also benefit from the added security of having someone check on their pet and home while they are away.

Absolutely! We will provide visit updates and photos by text or email through our pet sitting software. Just let us know how often you would like to receive updates. If you prefer not to be contacted while on vacation, no problem! We will only call if absolutely necessary.
If immediate veterinary care is needed, we will take the cat to your regular vet if possible or the closest emergency vet. We will contact you to assess the situation. It is very important that we have the pet's vet records and your contact information while traveling.
Reservations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. New clients should book at least one week in advance to allow time to schedule a Meet & Greet. Current clients should book as soon as possible to ensure availability. SUMMER & HOLIDAYS BOOK UP QUICKLY! Same day service may be available for current clients but cannot be guaranteed. We never overbook - quality pet care is always our top priority.
